Arnold Lodge School's website.

Arnold Lodge School

Background

Founded in 1864, Arnold Lodge School is the only co-educational independent school in South Warwickshire educating girls and boys from Kindergarten to GCSE.

The previous website of this highly successful co-educational independent school didn't do it justice. It broke all the usability guidelines that one can imagine, didn't promote the School well and didn't provide the information that prospective parents were looking for.

Brief

Following two school inspections where the School was rated in many areas as outstanding and a strategic move to educate children up to the age of Year 11, Arnold Lodge decided that it was now time for the website to serve its purpose and become a dynamic marketing tool.

Solution

Working closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders, Raspberry Frog set the vision for the new site and created a highly intuitive and accessible website to support prospective parents' decision process and generate enquiries.

Benefits

The home page provides a strong and clear positioning statement that draws targeted visitors into the site. The visual identity of the website integrates seamlessly with offline communication materials and reflects the ethos and child-friendly atmosphere of the School.

Arnold Lodge's successes are reinforced throughout the site with parents' testimonials, press releases and quotes from the inspection reports. The site provides sufficient information to prospective parents and acts as a trigger for parents to come and visit the School.

The success of the site is characterised by a 33% increase in monthly enquiries.

Throughout the project Nathalie Allard showed a business like approach and was very clear on the parameters of working collaboratively. She showed good communication on costs and expectations of relative roles and responsibilities and gave clear direction and timescale forecast on the project and contributed a range of developmental ideas. The end result is a stylish and easy to use website which meet our aspirations.
