What We Do

There are too many charities and public sector organisations with beautiful, but unusable websites. We don’t like that. In fact, it makes us sad. We do things a little differently around here.

Foundations: user experience and accessibility

You see, we believe that all visitors to a website have a goal in mind. When we build a site, we do it to help visitors accomplish their goals. Are they trying to book an event online? Do they want to donate money? Do they want to contact you? Do they want to learn more about you and what you stand for? Great, but it shouldn’t be more difficult than buying a loaf of bread.

All of this revolves around two simple concepts: user experience, and accessibility. Not because they’re fun buzz-words, but because they are the basic building blocks in everything we do.

Our websites work smarter by focusing on what your objectives are, and how the site fits into your web strategy. By building on accessibility, we ensure that people with disabilities aren’t excluded. Sites with great accessibility and a solid user experience are generally standards-compliant and more search engine friendly, too!

On time, on budget, on scope

The internet? Yes, we’re passionate about it, but we don’t just build sites. We ensure that your site delivers the expected business benefits - and we keep a tight track on budget, deadlines and scope by adhering to strict Prince2 project management standards, using open-source technologies, and helping you every step of the way.

We’re not just another agency. We’re on your team; we’re fighting your battles alongside you, and will proudly join in the victory dance when we help you reach your goals and targets.
